We embedded with eleven clinics for a season: shadowed front desks, counted clicks, timed the paperwork. Then we founded Marrow — scheduling, intake, records, and billing as one calm system that behaves like a great practice manager instead of a filing cabinet with a login.

Marrow is in closed pilot now, one clinic cohort at a time. The metric we track isn’t seats sold. It’s hours handed back to the people doing the caring.
